American Cultures: Ethereal Kombucha Flights

SCOBY, kombucha flights, breakfast burritos, floats... oh my! If you love kombucha as much as I do I suggest you get to American Cultures in the Highlands ASAP. This place is simply wonderful... from the bouquets of wild flowers on every table, to the friendliest and happiest servers, to the plethora of kombucha brews, I promise that you will leave not only satisfied and with a healthier gut but you will also leave with a smile plastered on your face. 

American Cultures, homegrown in Denver, CO, originally got their start in a food truck serving ice cream floats outside of Happy Leaf Kombucha. With the food truck's success, the owners Danielle and Noah Brooks, decided to open their own tap room so that residents of Colorado could experience locally brewed 'booch. 

American Cultures keeps it local with their kombucha. All teas on tap are locally brewed and a variety of flavors are available. (There are even some infused with CBD) Additionally, American Cultures offers ice cream from Sweet Action, coffee from Method Roasters and oatmeal from Prosper Oats.
