Featured Coffee Shop: The Molecule Effect
Located in the Arts District on Santa Fe, The Molecule Effect is quite the eclectic coffeeshop. Whether you are looking to grab a quick coffee to go during the morning rush or a on your mid-day lunch break, maybe a pre-hike breakfast burrito, or even date night coffee and beer, the Molecule Effect has it all.
The Molecule Effect is a seemless combination of coffeeshop, wine house and art gallery. While serving up some of the most delicious beans on the market (shout out to Kaladi Coffee Roasters!), The Molecule Effect also prides itself of serving mostly local craft brews, wines and even kombucha on tap.
The food is also locally sourced from bakeries in the Denver area. Their breakfast menu is pretty basic, but delicious none-the-less, complete with breakfast burritos and oatmeal. The lunch and dinner menus consist of sandwiches and paninis that I promise pair well with coffee or beer. If you are looking for a first date or date night feel, The Molecule Effect rounds out their menu with a meat and cheese platter from The Truffle Cheese Shop.
In addition to being a coffee and winehouse, The Molecule Effect serves as a gallery of sorts. Every few months the walls are redecorated with a feast for your eyes. This month, Phar01, one of my favorite Denver street artists, has graced the the walls with his bright murals and canvases. If you stop by, be sure to use the 3D glasses to awaken an even deeper visual sense.
Oh, and... the patio is pup friendly.
